Registration rates before April 30, 2009:

Waged: £80 or £30/day

Unwaged: £50 or £20/day

Registration rates after April 30, 2009, and at the festival:

Waged: £100 or £35/day

Unwaged: £60 or £20/day

Registration fee includes:

admission to all panels, readings, and presentations
refreshments and wine on Friday, Saturday and Sunday
Friday and Saturday lunch
afterparty with Chimanimani

Registration fee does not include:

theatre tickets

To register with a cheque, please fill in the enclosed form and make a cheque in UK pounds sterling only payable to University of Oxford.

Cancellations

Cancellations can be made with full refund until April 30, 2009. Cancellations made after April 30, 2009 will result in a 50% cancellation fee.

Advice on travel to Oxford

Oxford can be reached by a regular National Express bus connection from Heathrow airport (about 1 hr), Gatwick airport (2 hrs), Luton airport (2 hrs), and Stanstead airport (3 hrs), or by a direct train from Birmingham airport (1hr). Oxford is connected with London by several bus companies (Oxford Tube, Mega Bus, National Express) that take 1hr 40 min in normal traffic, and by train from Paddington, average travel time 1 hr.
